Indications/Uses
Sterimar Nose Hygiene & Comfort Sea Water Nasal Spray: Sterimar Nose Hygiene and Comfort is a medical device recommended for children and adults to: Cleanse and eliminate impurities; moisturize and restore the natural moisture of the nasal mucosa; prevent ENT disorders by reinforcing the nasal mucosa’s defenses; help to improve breathing, contributing to a healthy sleeping pattern.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Sterimar Nose Hygiene & Comfort Sea Water Nasal Spray: Use 2 to 6 times a day.
Recommended use: On first use, spray once to start the system.
For hygiene and moisturizing of the nasal mucosa: Head straight, put the nozzle in the nostril. Spray once or twice in each nostril. Let any excess solution flow out and then blow the nose.
For a deeper cleansing of nasal cavities: Head tilted to one side, put the nozzle in the nozzle in the upper part of the other nostril. Spray once for longer, from 2 to 3 seconds. Let any excess solution flow out of the other nostril and then blow the nose.
