Carbocisteine
Indications/Uses
This medicine is intended for use in adults (aged over 15 years) who have had a recent respiratory disorder with difficulty expectorating (i.e. difficulty coughing up phlegm).
Dosage/Direction for Use
Rhinathiol Adult: Adults and Children >15 years: 1 tablespoonful 3 times daily. Duration of Treatment: 5 days. Rhinathiol Children: Children >5 years: 1 teaspoonful 3 times daily; 2-5 years: 1 teaspoonful twice daily. Duration of Treatment: 8-10 days.
