Indications/Uses
Treatment & prevention of flu.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Adult & adolescent ≥13 yr Treatment 75 mg bd for 5 days. Post-exposure prevention 75 mg once daily for at least 7 days. Prevention during community epidemic 75 mg once daily for up to 6 wk. Treatment CrCl 10-30 mL/min 75 mg once daily for 5 days. Prevention CrCl >30 mL/min 75 mg once daily, 10-30 mL/min 75 mg every 2nd day.
