Metformin HCl
Indications/Uses
Monotherapy or adjunct to sulfonylurea for NIDDM when hyperglycemia cannot be controlled by diet management, exercise or wt reduction.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Adult 500 mg tds, may be gradually increased if needed to max: 3 g daily.
