Candesartan

Hypertension; may be used alone or in combination with other antihypertensives.
Heart failure in patients with impaired left ventricle systolic function (left ventricular ejection fraction ≤40%) to reduce cardiovascular death and to reduce heart failure hospitalizations.

General Dosing Recommendations: Individualize dose based on patient’s requirements. (See table.)
May be taken with or without food.
